Whenever you're sad- remember that's what the opposition WANTS you to feel.
In 2 Nephi 2:17-18 it says that is his goal- to make ALL of us MISERABLE. So
next time you frown for no reason- smile. Next time you want to cry out of
frustration- laugh. Everything has an opposite- choose the light, not the dark.
Keep up the good work. Be smart, be safe, be happy.
